Ethical Leader
The ethical leader I find inspiring is Milton Snavely Hershey, the founder of the Hershey Company. To most Americans he become known for his delicious milk bars, but for others his philanthropy and open-hearted generosity touched thousands of lives.
Beginning off, Milton Hershey was a failed business man. He tried to starting up candy businesses, but they failed. He tried opening up a second store, and it failed too, but Milton didn't give up. He tried again, opening the Lancaster Caramel Factory. This time he succeeded. He eventually sold the company to start up the Hershey Chocolate Factory. Hershey's success came from learning from his past failures. He believed that workers who were treated fairly and lived in comfort would be better workers. He set up infrastructures to care for those he employed. Community models were drawn up that included: houses for all workers, schools, churches, parks, and recreational facilities. Though unlike "company towns," like the Lowell Mill, it was not created to exploit its residential workers, but provided a better welfare. The town was named Hershey. Milton S. Hershey and his wife Catherine Sweeney. Hershey and his wife, Catherine, established the Hershey Industrial Schools, a school for orphaned boys.
Today the school, renamed Milton Hershey School, is further open for girls. Hershey made sure the town had the finest schools. In 1918, he transferred his wealth-- including the Hershey Chocolate Company ownership to the Hershey Trust to be held for the Hershey Industrial Schools. Even with his death, he proved to not only be a successful entrepreneur, but also a compassionate humanitarian and ethical leader. His philosophy still lives in peoples heart today. I find Milton S. Hershey to be an aspiring ethical leader because of his ambition and commitment to succeed, but even with his success he still did service to the community. He built towns, that included schools, houses, recreational facilities and more to develop and better serve the community. He died, giving up nearly all his wealth to the Hershey Trust that today still stands serving 1,800 children in need. Milton Hershey once said, "If we helped a hundred children, it would have been worth while."

To be an ethical student leader you must encompass leadership all traits listed previously on campus. With being a leader on campus, your service it to your community and to your school. Student leaders should strive to improve their school. Picking up trash up at the beach as well as from their school campus. Beach Clean up at Gandy. To become a student leader on campus there are many opportunities: school clubs, organizations, and more groups. If there are nothing that you want to be a leader of then create one. Construct a proposal to create a club/organization that you have ambition for.
Field
My chosen field is a Pharmacist. Ethical behavior also pertains to this field. First of all, to obtain a Pharmacy degree and license I must have the ambition and commitment to go through all the years of schooling required. Working as a pharmacist I am going to be exposed to different types of people. I must be ethical and just when giving advice to patients and have no personal bias when handling medicine. To be a pharmacist I would have to be extremely organized. Pills cannot be misplaced, files must be up to date and organized, my work area must be neat, the patience's life rest in my hands. I cannot give the wrong medicine or the wrong dosage to a patient, so I must organized and diligent.
A few ways I need to conduct myself as a professional is to be committed and have ambition while working. I need to greet patience with a positive attitude to gain their trust, enabling me do my job better.I will also need to work with being more organized than I am. I believe this is key to maintaining myself profession in this field.
